EDGAR RICE BURROUGHS CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION EXHIBIT IN FRANCE |

A century of existence for my favourite character -- a shame not to do anything for this occasion! So, it is in Arbois, in the French Jura, that I set up a small Tarzan exhibition from 18th of December to 13th of January. It was my intention to show the real Tarzan, and of course to present the great ERB, who is practically unknown in France. A little over 300 items were on display, including a text on Burroughs and his Tarzan. But, just like my previous exhibition in 2007, visitors were scarce. No matter! The pleasure remains the same. We invite you here to join us in a pleasant walk through Tarzan's jungle, where lost civilisations, beautiful but cruel queens and forgotten realms run alongside. Philippe |
