EROTIC GALLERY IV
|Published by Walden Publications,
New York 1939. 40 pages laid in a maroon cloth bound folio, of which
36 are black and white semi-erotic illustrations, showing scenes such as
a skyscraper tall nude construction site, woman and a leopard-skinned demon,
among various outstanding examples of his famous horned, tailed, or hoofed
women, created from the imagination of this distinguished artist. Mahlon
Blaine contributed his artistic talents over his long career to the writings
of Edgar Rice Burroughs and various other works of fiction, drawing upon
strong sexual dynamism and his own unique style, still just as powerful
today. All plates laid into a 7 by 9.75 inch folio, plus two additional
tipped on heavy stock illustrated plates laid in, with a Nova Venus design
in gilt on front.
