When I was searching for an APA submission, I came across this little book.  As you can see, it is copyrighted 1935.  The book was meant as a promotional item for merchants to give away, probably as a sales incentive. 

This little book is quite  uncommon and one rarely sees it anywhere.  I have one copy in poor shape so I decided to make scans of the book.  These books are quite fragile as I don't think the publisher ever dreamed they would still be around and be sought after by collectors. 

Of the two copies I own, One has an ad on the back cover in red for "B & B Shoe Store Mason City."  The other has no ad and is in Blue.  Who would have thought this little booklet would still be around over 80 years later?
